- Only 1 entry per person
- Starts Tuesday 11th August, 2026. Last day for entries Thursday 3rd September, 2026. Winner will be drawn on 4th September, 2026.
- This promotion is open to those individuals who are 25 years or older
- A minimum $30 purchase is necessary from any Milford Shops business
- The Track Day will be held in November 2026 – date yet to be confirmed. The winner must be able to attend on the day, or the prize will be redrawn.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Milford Business Association retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative.
- Milford Business Association is responsible for running this competition and providing the prizes. Milford Business Association owns the copyright to this competition and any publicity associated with it.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Milford Business Association accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrant’s details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use. - Entry in the competition constitutes an agreement to take part in post- event publicity as required. Milford Business Association reserves the right to publish winners on the Milfordshops fb/instagram pages, or any other webpages owned or operated by Milford Business Association.
- All entries will be entered in the Milfordshops monthly newsletter database and shared with sponsors for marketing communications.
- The winner will be contacted individually via mobile phone/email to request delivery address and to confirm they are over the age of 25.
- The Prize will be dispatched to the winner as quickly as possible
- Should a winner not respond to the notification within 12 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate their prize to a different entrant.
- Mercedes-Benz North Shore will arrange details of the prize with the winner.
- Prize is a one day experience in a Mercedes-Benz North Shore track day at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park in November 2026 (actual date yet to be confirmed) followed by lunch. Please note, the winner will need to arrange their own transport to and from Hampton Downs
- An insurance excess applies to all participants driving Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The winner must be 25 years or older and hold a valid full New Zealand driver licence. Sighting of licences and completion of insurance indemnity forms is required prior to the event day. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, must be used on the specified dates, and is only redeemable through Mercedes-Benz North Shore
