Terms and Conditions

1. Only 1 entry per person
2. Starts Thursday 10th July, 2025. Last day for entries Thursday 31^st July, 2025.Winner will be drawn on 1st August, 2025. 
3. This promotion is open to those individuals who are 25 years or older
4.  A minimum $45 purchase is necessary from any Milford Shops business
5. The Track Day is on Tuesday 12th of August, with overnight accommodation provided at the Hilton Taupo on Monday 11th August. The winner must be able to attend on those dates, or the prize will be redrawn.
6. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Milford Business Association retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative.
7. Milford Business Association is responsible for running this competition and providing the prizes. Milford Business Association owns the copyright to this competition and any publicity associated with it.
8. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Milford Business Association accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrant’s details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use. The Promoter does not guarantee that the website will be available all the time or at any specific time. Proof of entering will not be taken as proof of receipt of entry.
10. Entry in the competition constitutes an agreement to take part in post- event publicity as required. Milford Business Association reserves the right to publish winners on the Milfordshops fb/instagram pages, or any other webpages owned or operated by Milford Business Association.
11. All entries will be entered in the Milfordshops monthly newsletter database and may be shared with sponsors. You have an option to opt out after receiving your 1st newsletter.
12. The winner will be contacted individually via mobile phone/email to request delivery address and to confirm they are over the age of 25.
13. The Prize will be dispatched to the winner as quickly as possible
14. Should a winner not respond to the notification within 12 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate their prize to a different entrant.
15. Mercedes-Benz North Shore will arrange details of the prize with the winner.
16. Prize includes one night’s accommodation for two at the Hilton Hotel in Taupō on Monday 11th August 2025 (one room, double occupancy), with dinner (set menu) and breakfast included. The experience also includes participation in a Mercedes-Benz North Shore track day at Taupō Motorsport Park on the morning of Tuesday 12th August, followed by lunch. Please note, the winner will need to arrange their own transport to and from Taupō. An insurance excess applies to all participants driving Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The winner must be 25 years or older and hold a valid full New Zealand driver licence. Sighting of licences and completion of insurance indemnity forms is required prior to the event day. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, must be used on the specified dates, and is only redeemable through Mercedes-Benz North Shore
