We will be holding the AGM for Year Ended 30 June 2024 as follows:
At the meeting we will be putting forward the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION as provided in our constitution:
“That the BID Rate is increased to $280,000 for the 2025/26 year”
In accordance with our constitution, a vote will be taken amongst those members attending the meeting and be binding on all members. To vote, there must be a signed membership form on file from the owner of the business or landlord.
